This course will help build a better understanding of what your clients need to know about life and health insurance. Explaining the benefits of having the proper life and health insurance is key to the financial wellbeing of your clients’ families and businesses.

Be better prepared to answer questions about analyzing the need for and placement of life insurance. Health insurance includes a diverse assortment of policies, from medical expense coverage to vision care and dental coverage, plus a variety of delivery systems and health plans designed to manage the high cost of care.

Topics Include: Introduction to Life Insurance, Term and Permanent Life Insurance, Common Characteristics of Life Insurance Concepts, Healthcare Policies, Federal Regulation and Consumer-Driven Health Plans, Medicare

**Exam is NOT required for CE credit.**

The virtual classes will count for both state CE and designation credit. The exam requirements remain the same and the exam is only required for those pursuing a new designation.
For those taking the exam, you will do so online. The exam window will be open beginning at 4:15 p.m. the day of the class through Thursday at 11:59 p.m. CT the week following the class. Specific instructions on the exam including proctoring of the exam, and completion information will be distributed during the course.

Lynne Lovell's experience encompasses the areas of life insurance & employee benefits, property & casualty insurance, and risk management. As an independent contractor, Lynne is an Educational Consultant and a National Faculty Member for both the CIC and CRM programs offered by The National Alliance as well as a faculty member for all nine parts of the CISR program. Lynne is also a past member of the Board of Governors for The Society of CIC. She travels throughout the United States providing her expertise to help others better their careers in insurance and risk management.

In addition, Lynne is Past-President of the Arizona Central RIMS Chapter as well as Past President of the Greater Phoenix Chapter of the Society of Financial Services Professionals and has served on national committees to support these organizations. Lynne has also served on the Insurance Advisory Committee of Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited. She holds an undergraduate degree in Finance, graduating magna cum laude.
